TBS: More Subtle Racism

Why does TBS call the hours from 3:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. the "non-stop comedy block" when they show The Drew Carey Show, Home Improvement, Seinfeld, and Friends with 0 minority main characters in between all of them when there are plenty of actual funny sitcoms with "minority" characters all over the place preceding them starting at 12 PM til 3 such as Saved by the Bell, The Cosby Show, the Fresh Prince, and the Steve Harvey Show ?

Their may be more watchers from 3:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M., but why do they have to distinguish what is funny and what is not ? What, is Bill Cosby "stop comedy ?" I don't get it.
